H. Johnson Nenty is a Professor of Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation, with specialization in Theory and Application of Item Response Theory (IRT). Popularly known all over the world as “The Father of IRT in Africa”, Prof. Nenty is also an authority in Quantitative, & Mixed-Method Research;Statistical Data Analysis with SPSS, BILOG & RUMM; Developing & Equating Tests & Instruments, Item Banking and a host of others. He is also the Chief Consultant, Moynen (Pyt) Ltd.
