Served as a resource person in a workshop mounted by BERA for research proposal skill development for staff of Human Resources Development Council; Nov. 26 – 27, 2016
 Have served as a referee and written 156 reference letters for students and colleagues since August 2004.
Have mentored and I am still mentoring, especially in the research area, junior colleagues and students at UB.
Have mentored two non-UB Botswana citizens outside UB: Neo Masisi and Dennis Sebata through their Masters degree theses in other universities.
Served as a resource person in workshop mounted by The Department of Vocational Education and Training (DVET) on “Assessment of Learning and Teaching” on March 23, 2006 at Tlotlo Conference Centre, Gaborone.
Served as a resource person in a stakeholders seminar on “Learning to live together: A cross-country study of conflict prevention and resolution practices in Southern Africa” on June 2, 2006 at The Kagisong Conference Centre, Gaborone.
Currently mentoring 8 graduate students, unknown to him, from: Sri-Lanka, Ghana, Lebanon, Nigeria, Bahamas, South Africa and Kuwait who are at different levels of their research work.

Association for Educational Assessment in Africa’s (AEAA) seminar on IRT for Examiners in Africa at Abuja, Nigeria.
